Write a 2,500 word essay answering one of the following questions. In addition to working with the text of Romans itself, your essay should consult several commentaries, as well as other relevant secondary sources. You should avoid more ‘popular-level’ books and commentaries (e.g. Wright’s ‘…for everyone’ series). There is an indicative bibliography on Moodle. Very good reading suggestions can also be found in the relevant section(s) of Gorman.
